Cranberry Juice

Apple Cider

Cinnamon Sugar

Cinnamon Stick, Cranberries & Apple for Garnish


Rim glass with cinnamon sugar.

Combine equal parts cranberry juice and apple cider.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick, cranberries and apple.

For added flavour – cook ingredients in a slow cooker for 2 hours with fresh apples and cranberries.

(2) Chocolate Mock-tini


Chocolate syrup

1/2 cup chocolate milk

1 cup mint-chocolate chip ice cream


1 Candy Cane


Coat inside of glass with chocolate syrup.

Blend together chocolate milk, mint-chocolate chip ice cream and 4 ice cubes.

Garnish with a candy cane or chocolate sprinkles.

(3) Pomegranate Mocktail


Fresh Mint

Fresh Lime

Pomegranate Juice




Crush mint leaves. Add the juice of half a lime, pomegranate juice, and lemonade into a shaker and mix. Add crush mint leaves to glass pour in mixture and top with a light soda to give it a nice sparkle.

Serve on the rocks and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.

Apple Cider

Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

2 oz Thyme Simple Syrup

1 Bottle of Tonic Water

Lemon Slices and Thyme for Garnish.


Add apple cider, lemon juice, and thyme simple syrup in a shaker. Pour into glass and add tonic water. Garnish with a lemon slice and stick of thyme.

Serve on the rocks.




5 Delicious Holiday Mocktail Recipes(5) Blackberry Mocktail


2 Muddles Blackberries

1.5 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Saigon Cinnamon Syrup

Blackberries and orange slices for garnish


Add muddled blackberries into a glass. Blend orange juice, lemon juice and saigon cinnamon syrup in a shaker with ice.  Pour ingredients into glass.

Add blackberries and orange slice for garnish.

Serve on the rocks.

To make Saigon Cinnamon Syrup:

2 tbsp saigon cinnamon 

1 quart water

1 quart white sugar.

Boil ingredients on the stove. Simmer and strain.
