- Warm: Use before massaging breasts to encourage milk drainage; can help increase milk flow during nursing and pumping sessions; can help decrease pain caused by vasospasms
- Cold: Can help relieve pain related to engorgement, clogged ducts, and mastitis
- Warm in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (1-2 times)
- Cool in the freezer for 30 minutes
