SIZING TIPS:
1ST/2ND TRIMESTER: Select 1-2 band sizes larger than your pre-pregnancy size.
8TH MONTH: Select the size based on your waist (over the belly button) at this time.
9TH MONTH: Prior to delivery, measure your waist & subtract 3 - 5 inches.
POST-DELIVERY: Select the size based on your waist measurement
