What are your shipping options?
We offer free ground shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 pre-tax, with the option to upgrade to Express shipping with a rate of $25. There is a flat rate of $12 for all orders below $150.
We offer a flat-rate of $15CAD for standard shipping for all US orders.
When will my package arrive?
Expedited domestic orders typically arrive 4-9 business days after shipping. Express domestic orders should arrive withing 2-3 business days after shipping. For all delivery options, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping to rural areas.
Pending customs, US orders should arrive 5-14 business days after shipping.
What happens if I put the wrong shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to make adjustments before your package ships.
Once an order has been shipped we cannot make changes to the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details.
What are the next steps if my package doesn’t arrive?
If the tracking information says that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the location of your missing package.
What is your return policy?
For online orders, we will gladly accept returns of items in original condition with tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Sale items marked down less than 50% can be returned for store credit via eGift Card within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items marked down more than 50% are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

How do I start a return?
To begin the return process email us at email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery date (provided by your tracking number), with the following information:
- Full name & order number*
- Which pieces would you like to return?*
- Why the pieces did not work out (If you would like to explore alternative styles).
*Mandatory to authorize a return or exchange.
Once we receive your email, we will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
How do I make an exchange?
If you live close to our Toronto retail location (110 Cumberland St.), you're welcome to exchange your eligible items in-store within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that exchanges done through the mail may be subject to a shipping fee if it does not reach $150 pre-tax.
To receive your exchange as soon as possible you may return your order and make a new purchase.
How do I access my store credit?
Once your Store Credit has been issued you will receive an email with an eGift Card. When you are ready to apply your credit online, input the eGift Card code at checkout. To apply your credit in-store please provide your eGift Card code at time of payment. If you cannot find your code, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can re-send it to you.
Do you cover return shipping?
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and any other fees associated with shipping back your return. Any original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Which size should I choose?
Our maternity clothes are designed by leading brands who keep it simple by translating your pre-pregnancy size into your maternity size. Our clothes are made to fit based on an average pregnancy weight gain, however, if you feel you have gained extra weight or are pregnant with twins, consider sizing up. Refer to individual product descriptions for additional fit information.

How should I wash my CARRY items?
Most items in our collection are machine washable. We recommend using cold water, gentle cycle, a mild detergent, and line drying your CARRY pieces to increase their longevity. Check the care label for garment-specific instructions.
The item I want is not available, will it be back in stock?
We are always restocking our website, we recommend entering your email into the Notify Me When Available box on the product page to be the first to find out when items become available.

How do I earn points?
There are many ways you can earn points. Every dollar you spend becomes points toward your next reward. You can also earn points by following our social media channels, leaving product reviews, and completing your profile.
How do I access my rewards?
To access your rewards, log into your CARRY account and visit the Loyalty Tab to see your current points balance and available rewards. Once you redeem your points, you will receive a discount code via email that you can apply to your order. To redeem in-store, simply let us know the email associated with your account to apply your reward at time of purchase.
Do my points expire?
Your points do not expire! You can earn and redeem points during multiple pregnancies and into your nursing journey.
I signed up in-store, how do I access my online account?
Thank you for joining Baby Bonus Loyalty! To access your account and start earning points online, go to Create Account, enter the email you provided in-store, and create a password.
Once you sign in you will be able to access the points that you have earned in-store, and access your rewards.
How do I access my welcome offer?
Once you've signed up for our email list you will receive a code via email.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
