We offer free ground shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 pre-tax, with the option to upgrade to Express shipping with a rate of $25. There is a flat rate of $14 for all orders below $150.

Expedited domestic orders typically arrive 4-9 business days after shipping. Express domestic orders should arrive withing 2-3 business days after shipping. For all delivery options, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping to rural areas.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@carrymaternity.ca and we will do our best to make adjustments before your package ships.

Once an order has been shipped we cannot make changes to the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details.

If the tracking information says that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, reach out to us at hello@carrymaternity.ca and we will look into the location of your missing package.

For online orders, we will gladly accept returns of items in original condition with tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns. 

Sale items marked down less than 50% can be returned for store credit via eGift Card within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items marked down more than 50% are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

Returns are easy to start online through our Returns Portal. Simply enter your order information and follow the prompts to select the item(s) you’d like to return. Your available return options will be shown based on the eligibility of each item.

If you're near our Toronto store at 110 Cumberland St., you're also welcome to exchange eligible items in-store within 14 days.

Once your Store Credit has been issued you will receive an email with an eGift Card. When you are ready to apply your credit online, input the eGift Card code at checkout. To apply your credit in-store please provide your eGift Card code at time of payment. If you cannot find your code, reach out to us at hello@carrymaternity.ca and we can re-send it to you.

Return shipping is covered when you opt into Checkout+ at the time of purchase. Checkout+ includes complimentary return shipping on eligible items.

If you did not opt into Checkout+, you can still start your return through our Returns Portal and will be charged for the return shipping label when submitting your return request.

Our maternity clothes are designed by leading brands who keep it simple by translating your pre-pregnancy size into your maternity size. Our clothes are made to fit based on an average pregnancy weight gain, however, if you feel you have gained extra weight or are pregnant with twins, consider sizing up. Refer to individual product descriptions for additional fit information.

Most items in our collection are machine washable. We recommend using cold water, gentle cycle, a mild detergent, and line drying your CARRY pieces to increase their longevity. Check the care label for garment-specific instructions.

We are always restocking our website, we recommend entering your email into the Notify Me When Available box on the product page to be the first to find out when items become available.
