Don’t worry — your online orders are shipping as usual (we’re not using Canada Post during the Canada Post Job Action).
We offer free standard shipping within Canada for orders over $150 CAD (before tax).
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has left our location.

By choosing express shipping, your order will be elevated to the front of the queue and shipped via priority service. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
Temporary Pause on U.S. Shipping
We’ve made the difficult decision to pause shipping to the United States at this time.
Recent increases in duties and import fees have made it challenging to offer a fair and transparent experience for our U.S. customers.
We hope this is only temporary. Our team is actively exploring better cross-border solutions and will reopen U.S. shipping as soon as possible.

Expected Shipping Times
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3 – 9 business days after shipping.
Express orders should arrive within 1 – 2 business days after shipping.
Please allow additional time for orders shipping to rural areas or during busy periods such as holidays.
In-Store Pickup
You may choose free in-store pickup at our Yorkville location. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, though they may be available sooner.
Please wait to receive your pickup notification before visiting the store.
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification. After that time, your order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Sale items will be refunded to an eGift Card, and a $10 restocking fee will apply.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@carrymaternity.ca and we will do our best to make adjustments before your package ships. Once an order has been shipped we cannot make changes your order or to the delivery address, so please ensure you have provided the correct details.
Disclaimer
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, a claim needs to be filed with the designated shipping courier. If a parcel shows it has been delivered through a trackable number and the customer is unable to locate their package, CARRY will not issue a refund or store credit.
