Shopping & Payment

We pride ourselves on being available and ready-to-help on our many different platforms. This enables us to help you shop over the phone, online, and in-store.

Shopping Online

Sizing and fit vary by brand but we are happy to assist you. Simply email or call us with your sizing information and we can offer you a better understanding of how a particular style may fit.

View the size guide attached to each product for a general idea of fit.

We use Paypal & Shopify Payments online to create a seamless experience for our virtual customers. This allows us to accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, & more.

Shipping & Handling


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Shipping Options

Currently, Carry Maternity only services Canada and USA. We offer various shipping options to make your online experience seamless.

Orders shipped within Canada: All orders placed online are also applicable for Free In-Store Pickup. Order number and ID may be requested at the counter.

Orders over $150 (pre-tax): Free shipping within Canada.

Orders under $150 (pre-tax): Flat-rate $10 (CAD)

Orders shipped to the United States: Flat-rate $15 (CAD)

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of all online orders. Shipping time is dependent on standard courier time-frame, and we are not responsible for any delays caused in-transit by the courier service or custom agency. Please see further details on the appropriate courier website. Please also plan for additional processing and shipping time during postal strikes and/or holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the relevant tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Out of Stock Items & Backorders

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to inform you of your options, which typically include the following:

  • File the item(s) as a Backorder. We will proceed to ship you the part of your order that is in stock, and when that item is once again available, we will ship it to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee for the second shipment.
  • Alternative solutions, based on the fit of your previous purchases with us, function of the item, or the supplier's own replacements (if the item has been discontinued).
  • Refund the portion of your order that is unable to be fulfilled. This can be issued through Paypal, or on file as Store-Credit for later purchases. Store credit with us never expires, and we keep a record of it so you don't have to.

Returns Policy

Holiday 2020 

Gift items in original condition with receipt & tags attached are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 7th, 2021.

All other items in original condition with receipt & tags attached are eligible for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase date.

Sale items, intimates (bras, underwear, & swimsuits), skincare, gift cards, & support garments are Final Sale.

We are unable to offer any price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Online Orders

Items in their original condition (with tags attached) are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, returns will be processed only as store credit, if eligible. Gift cards & sale items are considered Final Sale

Please email us at within 14 days of the delivery date (provided by the order’s tracking number), with the following information:

  • Full name + order number*
  • What pieces are you returning?*
  • Why didn't these pieces work out? (If you're willing to explore an alternative style)

*mandatory to authorize a return/refund/exchange

Once we receive your email, we will respond as soon as possible, with the next steps. 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
If a refund has been processed, any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 7-10 business days (Please note that refund times are beyond our control and vary by card issuer.)

Please Note:

  • Swimwear & underwear should be tried on over underwear to be eligible for refund/exchange. Nursing bras should also be tried on with protective nursing pads. 

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store (with tags attached) are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 2 weeks of purchase date. All sale items, intimates (bras, underwear, & swimsuits), skincare, gift cards, & support garments are considered Final Sale

Please bring your original receipt and items to 110 Cumberland St, Toronto ON.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit. 

All sale items, intimates (bras, underwear, & swimsuits), skincare, gift cards, & support garments are final sale.

Privacy & Terms of Use

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information that is related to your order and/or our Baby Bonus Loyalty Program.

This includes your:
Name, Email Address, Due Date, Billing Address, Shipping Address, & Phone Number

In addition, we also collect information about your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and to find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our customer experience.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is used to fill your order and is for internal use only. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Security and Storage

Only your name, billing/shipping address and past order details are stored on our server when logged in to our website as a customer, to make your shopping experience easier. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your credit card data. All payments are processed through Paypal or Shopify’s payment portal. 

Cookies and Browser Information

We use cookies to allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents.
