Online Orders Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases may be returned online or in-store. Exchanges for online orders can be made in-store or by mailing the items back to our Yorkville location.
Full-Priced Merchandise
Full-priced items in original condition with tags attached are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Sale Merchandise
Sale items less than 50% off are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items discounted over 50% off are FINAL SALE.
In-Store Orders Returns & Exchanges
Full-Priced Merchandise
Full-priced Items purchased in-store with tags attached are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase date. Please bring your original receipt and items to 110 Cumberland St, Toronto ON.
Sale Merchandise
All sale items purchased in-store are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges
If you live close to our Yorkville retail location, (110 Cumberland St.) you're welcome to exchange your eligible items in-store within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note that through the mail exchanges may be subject to a shipping fee if it does not reach $150 pre tax.
To receive your exchange as soon as possible you may return your order and make a new purchase.
Conditions of Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must:
- Be in original condition and must not be washed or worn, with tags attached.
- Nursing Bras should be tried on with protective nursing pads & underwear.
- Proof of purchase is required upon return.

Please note that all returns are subject to approval by CARRY and that CARRY reserves the right to refuse a return, in its sole discretion if these conditions are not met.
How To Make a Return
Email us at hello@carrymaternity.ca within 14 days of the delivery date (provided by the order’s tracking number), with the following information:
- Full name + order number*
- What pieces are you returning?*
- Why didn't these pieces work out? (If you're willing to explore an alternative style)
*mandatory to authorize a return/refund/exchange
Once we receive your email, we will respond with the next steps.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a refund has been processed, any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 7-10 business days.

CARRY services Canada and USA. We offer expedited and express shipping to ensure you receive your package when you need it. Online orders are applicable for free In-Store Pickup. Order number and ID are requested at the counter.

*Offer applies to orders over $150 in Canada and does not apply outside of Canada. Orders shipping to Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut are a flat rate of $15.
**By choosing express you are elevated to the front of the shipping queue, and priority shipping is used. There is no guarantee of when you will receive your package.
Processing
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing of online orders. Shipping time is dependent on the standard courier time-frame, we are not responsible for delays caused in-transit, see further details on the courier website. Please plan for extended processing & shipping time during holiday seasons.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@carrymaternity.ca and we will do our best to make adjustments before your package ships. Once an order has been shipped we cannot make changes to the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, a claim needs to be filed with the designated shipping courier. If a parcel shows it has been delivered through a trackable number and the customer is unable to locate their package, CARRY will not issue a refund or store credit.
