Shipping Options

CARRY services Canada and USA. We offer expedited and express shipping to ensure you receive your package when you need it. Online orders are applicable for free In-Store Pickup. Order number and ID are requested at the counter.

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (pre-tax)

Flat-Rate $12CAD: Orders under $150 (pre-tax)

Flat-Rate $15CAD: Orders under $300CAD (pre-tax) shipped to the United States

Express $25CAD: 1 - 4 days*

*By choosing express you are elevated to the front of the shipping queue, and priority shipping is used. There is no guarentee of when you will receive your package. 

Processing Time

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing of online orders. Shipping time is dependent on standard courier time-frame, we are not responsible for delays caused in-transit, see further details on the courier website. Please plan for extended processing & shipping time during holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Once a tracking number is available, your order will update with tracking information. Note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    Returns Policy


    All gift purchases made from November 10th until December 24th, 2021 can be returned for a store credit or exchange until January 7th, 2022.


    Items purchased in-store with tags attached are eligible for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase date. Please bring your original receipt and items to 110 Cumberland St, Toronto ON. View our Final Sale Policy.


    Items purchased from the Archive Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. View our Final Sale Policy.

    Items in original condition with tags attached are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, returns will be processed only as store credit, if eligible. Please note that all returns are subject to approval by CARRY and that CARRY reserves the right to refuse a return, in its sole discretion if these conditions are not met.

    Return Details

    Email us at within 14 days of the delivery date (provided by the order’s tracking number), with the following information:

    • Full name + order number*
    • What pieces are you returning?*
    • Why didn't these pieces work out? (If you're willing to explore an alternative style)

    *mandatory to authorize a return/refund/exchange

    Once we receive your email, we will respond with the next steps. 

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
    • If a refund has been processed, any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 7-10 business days.
    • Swimwear & Nursing Bras should be tried on with protective nursing pads & underwear. 


    If you live close to our Yorkville retail location, (110 Cumberland St.) you're welcome to exchange your eligible items within 14 days of the receiving date. 

    Please note that through the mail exchanges may be subject to a shipping fee if it does not reach $150 pre tax. To receive your exchange as soon as possible you may return your order and make a new purchase.

    Final Sale Policy

    Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit. All clearance items (50% off or more), underwear, skincare, gift cards, & support garments are final sale.
