We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Carry Maternity services Canada and USA. We offer expedited and express shipping to ensure you receive your package when you need it.
Online orders are applicable for Free In-Store Pickup. Order number and ID are requested at the counter.
Orders over $150 (pre-tax): Free shipping within Canada.
Orders under $150 (pre-tax): Flat-rate $12 (CAD)
Orders shipped to the United States: Flat-rate $15 (CAD)
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of online orders. Shipping time is dependent on standard courier time-frame, we are not responsible for delays caused in-transit by the courier/custom agency. See further details on the courier website. Please plan for extended processing & shipping time during holiday seasons.
Once a tracking number is available, your order will update with tracking information. Note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Gift items in original condition with receipt & tags attached are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 7th, 2021.

All payments are processed through Paypal or Shopify’s payment portal.
