We will gladly accept returns of items in original condition with tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns. 

Sale items marked down less than 50% can be returned for store credit via eGift Card within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items marked down 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

Lovely dress, but realized when I wore it that it had a stain in both front and back, That you can only see in some lights. Called them right away, the response was sending me links of washing detergents to wash it with.
Love my dress, but expected a little better in support from a well established company.
